We directly employ every person on the run. No labour hire, no being sent somewhere different every week.
You’ll be trained and coached to wash to our standard from day one. If you can turn up and take pride in the work, we can teach the rest.
Scheduled depot runs mean you know where you’re going and who you’re working with. Early starts and night shifts available around the fleet’s run times.
Directly employed with super, WorkCover and leave, not paid by the shift as a contractor. Inductions and PPE provided.
We promote team leaders and site supervisors from within, across the whole Detailed Australia Group, not just the truck side.
You travel with the crew to a customer’s depot, sign in, and work through the units on the run: prime movers, rigids and trailers, washed to the same checklist every visit. We bring the water, the gear and the chemicals. You bring boots and a willingness to learn.
