A depot is a live workplace with heavy vehicles moving through it. We treat it that way: inducted teams, documented procedures, and wash water under control, so a wash never becomes a safety or environmental problem for you.

Each person on the run completes your site induction before their first visit and follows your traffic management plan, exclusion zones, speed limits and sign-in procedure.
A SWMS covers each wash task: working around moving vehicles, pressure equipment, chemical handling and manual handling. Copies supplied for your contractor records.
High-vis, gloves, eye protection and non-slip footwear on every job. Cab roofs and trailer tops are washed from ground level with extension gear. Nobody climbs a unit.
Wash water is contained and captured on site rather than run to stormwater, and disposed of in line with the local council or trade waste requirements for your depot.
pH-neutral, biodegradable, phosphate-free wash products chosen to lift road film and diesel soot without damaging paint, curtains or vinyl. Safety Data Sheets carried on the truck.
Public liability and workers’ compensation cover in place, with certificates of currency available on request. Every team member is employed and trained by us, not subcontracted by the shift.
Wash windows are set around dispatch, return and rest times, so nothing we do puts pressure on a driver’s hours or a load’s departure. If a unit is not where it should be, or an area is not safe to work in, we stop and call. We do not improvise on your site.
